Hiring an Admnistrative Assisant

Go! Augusta, Inc. is seeking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director. As a Chamber of Commerce, Main Street, and Convention & Tourism organization, Go! Augusta helps local businesses and non-profits with event planning, marketing, promotions, and operations. The organization hosts annual events to attract visitors to Augusta and provides entertainment options for residents of the community. Candidate must be friendly, have good communication skills, attention to detail, computer/ technology skills, and a desire to assist people. 
Job Duties to include, but are not limited to: 
• Assist with Depot Rentals – Paperwork, Scheduling, Key Pickup, and Return
• Assist in updating Social Media Platforms
• Assist in updating Go! Augusta Website
• Assist in planning and helping execute Events and Promotions
• Answering Phones
• Good Computer Skills
• Assist in visiting Local Businesses
• Promotion and Marketing of the City of Augusta and Go! Augusta
• Assist in Membership Recruitment
• Assist with the Day-to-Day operations of the Organization

This is a part-time position that will be 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.  Pay is $12/hour, and there are no benefits offered.
