I seriously can’t thank Dr. Maddy enough! I originally came in because of some tension in my neck and shoulders, but I didn’t expect how much it would help with my anxiety too. After a few visits, I felt way more relaxed, less overwhelmed, and just more like myself again. Dr. Maddy has such a calming energy and really takes the time to listen and explain things. You can tell she truly cares, and that makes such a big difference. The whole vibe of the place is super chill and welcoming. If you’ve been dealing with stress or anxiety and want a more natural way to feel better, I 100% recommend seeing Dr. Maddy. Total game-changer!
